Bootcamp combines cardio and strength with a touch of team spirit. Fun yet challenging.

The class runs on Caves Beach during the summer months and in the gym in the colder months.  A great way to see the sunshine in the morning before you head off to work.  The class uses the sand and the water to add difficulty and interest to the class.

What to know for your first Bootcamp class

Bootcamp is a varied class that incorporates the elements and surrounding area.  When on the beach, swimmers may be helpful but not necessary.  Sunscreen and insect repellent may also be helpful.

Bootcamp is a combination of strength and cardio.  The class will help your start your day on the right foot.
